On February 20, 2024, the Institution of the Ombudsman in the Kingdom of Morocco and the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection) organized a commemorative ceremony in honor of the late Maître Abdelaziz BENZAKOUR.
The ceremony provided an opportunity to review the most important stages in the life of the deceased and his distinguished professional and activist career, with moving testimonials from numerous personalities, relatives and colleagues. These testimonials were unanimous in underlining the late BENZAKOUR's dedication and his significant contribution as a great defender of human rights.
